College counseling in high school is becoming more important by the day primarily due to fact that nowadays rates of students going to colleges and universities in general and to the good ones in specific as well as the dropout rates from high school are used more as accountability criteria. Besides, duration spent in high school is the most important time of life since most people stick with their decisions they made during their high school years in choice of their professions they will be doing the rest of their lives. Thus, college counseling is not important just for boosting up schools' accountabilities, but it is also a humane task that is helping high school students to choose the right profession, which is probably the most important element in one's life to be happy. Rightfully and effectively assessing a country's human resources is also another aspect making this task very important and meaningful.--Back cover.
