Specific topics (e.g. E-Commerce and the CISG, the Unidroit Principles of International Commercial Contracts, the European Principles of Contract Law, and the Draft Common Frame of Reference) are dealt with in the context of the comments of the pertinent articles. The Incoterms are also discussed in detail. The comprehensive analysis will be of interest to scholars, practitioners, and legal advisors of international sales transactions.
