"1402' likler" diye bilinen kamu görevlileri, sorgusuz sualsiz görevlerinden alınmışlardır. Bunların bir kısmı , üniversite öğretim üyesidir. ... Hükümet ve YÖK eğer istemiş olsalar, bu "paşa tasarrufları" bir saat içinde kaldırılır, bir saat içinde, 1402'lik öğretim üyeleri görevlerine dönerler. Bırakınız bu "paşa tasarrufları"na sivil demokrasi döneminde de esir olduktan sonra ne demokrasisi, ne liberalizmi beyim! Ne özerkliği hocam, ne özerkliği!.. Dikkaat!.. Esas duruş!... Rahat..."Rahat" artık beyler, rahat! Rahat hocalar rahat...(Cumhuriyet. 31 Mayıs 1988, Paşa Tasarrufu...)ANAP ekonomide liberal bir model mi getirmiştir? Hayır, ne gezer! ANAP, 12 Eylül askeri yönetiminin turfanda üorünlerinden biridir... Askeri dönemin yasaklarını savunan bir parti siyasal açıdan nasıl liberal sayılır? Siyasal açıdan liberal olmayan bu parti ekonomide, söylediği gibi gerçekten liberal midir?
