İşçiler ile işverenler arasındaki uyuşmazlıkları gideren ve dolayısıyla sosyal barışı sağlayan toplu iş sözleşmeleri çalışma hayatında kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Ülkemizde 1984-2017 yılları arasında toplam 4.472 toplu iş sözleşmesi imzalanmış, bu sözleşmelerden 800.288 çalışan yararlanmış. 2008-2017 yılları arasında 162 grev, 4 lokavt uygulanmış. Bu grev ve lokavtlara bağlı olarak kaybolan işgünü sayısı 43.302'dir. Buna göre gerçek anlamdaki uyuşmazlık sayısının ekonomi yönünden endişe verici düzeyde olmadığı görülebilir. Toplu iş sözleşmelerini konu edinen bu kitap öğrencilere ve konu hakkında genel bilgi sahibi olmak isteyenlere yararlı olabilmeyi amaç edinmiş.--Önsözden |
